Attention kids 12 & under in the area around Caddo Lake. Tomorrow, Saturday, Chief Meteorologist Patrick Dennis will be hosting his first Bayou Kid’s Fishing Rodeo at Earl G. Williamson Park in Oil City. It will be from 11am-1pm. Look for Patrick set up in front of the weigh in trailer for the High School Fishing League. He will be cooking hot dogs and have something for those kids who come out. This isn’t a tournament. Just a chance to enjoy Saturday and the Great Outdoors. BOSSIER SCHOOLS UPDATE: What parents need to know with KTBS’s Brenda Teele and Bossier Parish Schools’ Sonja Bailes.
* Bossier Parish schools will be released at regular time. These schools include: Green Acres Middle School, Airline High School, Apollo Elementary School, and Plantation Park Elementary School.
* Parents whose children walk should arrive a little early to sign their child out of school. You must have your ID. 
BREAKING NEWS UPDATE: The Walgreens shooting on Line Avenue has crossed over to Bossier City. KTBS’s Brenda Teele has the latest update.

BREAKING NEWS: KTBS’s Gabrielle Parish is live at the scene of a shooting at Walgreens on Line Avenue.
Update: SPD confirmed the suspect stole the pharmaceutical rep’s van and fled the scene. The van was abandoned behind Independence Lodge in Bossier City. Four Bossier Parish schools were placed on limited movement not lockdown. All of the schools were released at their normal times. We will provide updates as they become available.
