An 11 y/o boy is being charged with 2nd degree attempted murder after an argument with 2 teammates over a bag of chips
The 11 y/o (unidentified due to his age) shot and injured 2 of his Pop Warner teammates, both 13 y/o at practice at the Northwest Recreation Center in Apopka, Fl
It’s believed that the kids are was arguing and the 11y/o was being teased about a bag of chips. The 11y/o then ran to his mother’s SUV and got a small purple gun, which was said to be in an unsecured box and the child knew were it was. The 11y/o fired one round hitting one kid in the back, exiting him and hitting the other boy in his elbow
The 11y/o and the mother could both have new charges added but the officer says that’s up to the judge to decide

The 31 y/o, Alan Colie, shot and wounded the 21 y/o, Tanner Cook, after Colie felt harassed from Cook in one of his YouTube prank videos. Cook runs his YouTube channel, Classified Goons
Colie was found not guilty to aggravated malicious wounding due to self defense in the footage above. Colie backed away and told Cook to stop 3 times before shooting.
Colie is still facing up to 10 years with charges of “shooting into an occupied dwelling.” The prankster said he still plans to continue making his YouTube videos
