People in Florida should be taking an interest in this storm. Not locked in yet, but there will be some kind of impact going into next week.

When taking the 'mean' of our best consensus models it appears very likely somewhere in Florida will have impacts from a tropical system next week.
Guidance has shifted 'east' in the past 24 hours, but don't be surprised to see more wobbling with the track as this is still in the early stages of developing.
We're confident in predicting the large scale features, but even the smallest fluctuations in track in the Caribbean could make a huge difference in where the storm ultimately goes into Florida due to the 'angle of approach'.
Storms from this angle are always the hardest to predict the exact track (remember the slight wobble with Charley in 2004 caused it to come in south of Tampa Bay, while the slightest turn with Irma caused it to go up the spine of the state instead of the Gulf or Atlantic).
We'll continue to get data and the track will become clearer the next couple days.
