Created by a passionate caregiver in 2003, the Senior Resource Guide provides support and knowledge-based information for the modern caregiver—wherever and whenever it's needed. Proudly family owned and touted as the ultimate guide to aging care in Texas, the Guide helps take the guesswork out of the challenging role caregivers face. As caregivers, we often put everyone else's needs before our own. But here's the thing: taking care of yourself is not selfish—it's necessary. It's time to navigate the tricky terrain of recognizing when to raise your hand and say, "I need some help."

Let's dive into those pivotal moments when seeking support becomes crucial.

- Feeling overwhelmed and burnt out? It's time to reach out.

- Experiencing physical or mental health problems as a result of caregiving? Seek support.

A Note From the Publisher:

While caregiving for my grandmother, I realized that I was not alone in the quest for information and resources—thus was born the Senior Resource Guide.

Having been an eldercare advocate for over 25 years, it was a dream come true to start SRG with my husband and then have our children join us. As a family-owned and operated organization, we are committed to assisting those on their quest for active aging, which for many includes caregiving.
