John P. Pigsley, 59, also known as “Big John,” pleaded guilty to 17 counts of wire fraud, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, tax evasion, filing a false tax return, and structuring financial transactions to evade reporting requirements, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a statement.
