If I were to tell you that you could pick up a phone and dial directly to Jesus, would you?

The truth is, though we may not have an actual telephone device to pick up, we do have a direct line to the Father.

Prayer. Our direct line to God is prayer. It’s so simple, yet the crazy grind of this life complicates our availability to it. Mommas, we need it. Friends, it fuels us.

Scripture tells us in Lamentations 3:22-23, “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Every single morning that we open our eyes, God has new mercy available and waiting; however>>>
How can we receive something that we never took the time to seek or ask for?

My encouragement for you today, is to take advantage of your direct line to the Throne and grasp the mercies of joy, peace, calmness, hope, and freedom that are readily available to you each morning.

Start your day with Jesus. Fill your cup with His spirit. We can’t afford to run on empty.

Hello friends!
Happy Friday morning to each of you🔅

As some of you may have noticed, I’ve made a few changes to my page! If you haven’t noticed- that’s ok! It’s been a while since there’s been any traffic.

Let’s change that!

Psalm 118:24 says, “This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”

Some days, it’s a choice to rejoice. It doesn’t always feel like what we want to do. Life happens: Bills come due. Sickness creeps in. Appliances break. Your child gets into trouble. Hubby is in a bad mood and you fight. The house is a mess. >>>all of these things make us feel like “rejoicing” is the last thing we want to do.

With this said, there are things we can rejoice about. God woke us up with air in our lungs and more than likely, sending praises up to our Heavenly Father will open up a pathway…

A pathway for…. Peace. Joy. Comfort. Freedom. Hope. Deliverance. Beauty. Goodness. Faithfulness. A pathway for Him to shower gentleness and kindness over you, as he wraps his arms of love around you.

My point- Rejoicing is a pathway for Gods providence in any situation you may be facing in your life. Don’t skip it because your flesh doesn’t feel like it.
