It’s an odd thing to develop affection for an idea. Aurora has been the butt of jokes locally, primarily out of ignorance, prejudice, or just laziness of habit. I was guilty of it too, but years of meeting the people, the immigrant & refugee community, the military families, brave entrepreneurs, artists, & more, I’ve developed a true appreciation for this place. It’s nice to be apart of an effort for positive change. Sure, the city is certainly not without its blemishes, but the community is beautiful & worthy of praise. Tonight I was lucky to narrate Aurora’s first ever drone show. It was a good night and a culmination of a lot of people’s hard work, and passion. Our team cares about this place… a lot. I’m thankful to be apart of such a dynamic team at
