I Invite you to consider this unique healing method that shines a light on your own mind/body connection to highlight imbalances that play havoc with your life. Together, let’s discover, resolve and renew so that you can live in more joy.

Life is beautiful and precious. It is filled with many experiences that allow us to feel a variety of emotions to help us grow and evolve. Emotions are considered to be energy in motion but when they no longer move and they settle in our bodies, most especially the negative ones, problems to the physical body begin to manifest. We enter into a state of imbalance which, over time, will bring about dis-ease.

My unique skills allow me to serve as a conduit for healing energy to correct the body’s imbalances due to trapped and unresolved emotions, along with the underlying causes. I will guide and support you through the process, and as the healing takes place, you will experience physical, mental and emotional shifts that begin the realignment. There will be a shedding of the old thought patterns, emotional triggers and physical pain that have kept you small. A rebirth has begun and like the Firefly symbolizes, you will gain the stability and courage to move forward on your life’s passion.

My experience includes working with clients who feel anxious, sad, experience body pains (some are chronic), have neck and shoulder pain, back pain, skin allergies, ticks or uncontrollable muscle movement. Additionally, I have energetically restored the energy affecting family dynamics, identified negative core beliefs and assisted in removing the blockages. As a Life Coach, I integrate holistic healing techniques with guiding clients towards their life’s path to a more fulfilling and joy-filled life.

I am a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Certified Reiki Master, The Body Code and Court of Atonement practitioner.
