Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced pickles
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Ketchup and mustard (for dipping)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula until browned. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the crumbled bacon. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle. Spread the cooked beef and bacon mixture evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and diced pickles.
Starting at one end, tightly roll up the dough into a log, then slice into 1-inch pieces. Place each roll-up on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter over each roll-up.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the roll-ups are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with ketchup and mustard for dipping.

Maple Bacon Cheeseburger Bomb Quesadillas

Ingredients:

4 large flour tortillas
1/2 lb ground beef
4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter, for cooking
Optional toppings: lettuce, pickles, diced tomatoes
Directions:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the maple syrup and chopped bacon to the skillet, stirring to combine. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and ketchup to create a simple sauce.
Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a spoonful of the sauce over half of the tortilla. Add a portion of the beef and bacon mixture, then sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter. Place a folded quesadilla in the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining quesadillas.
Slice each quesadilla into wedges and serve warm, optionally with lettuce, pickles, and diced tomatoes for added flavor.

🦞 Seafood Bisque with Crab, Shrimp, and Lobster 🦀🍤

Ingredients:

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 🍤
1/2 lb crab meat 🦀
1/2 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped 🦞
3 tablespoons butter 🧈
1 small onion, diced 🧅
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 celery stalk, diced 🥬
1 carrot, diced 🥕
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups seafood broth or fish stock 🥣
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
1/2 cup dry white wine (optional) 🍷
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning 🌶️
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat) 🌶️
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
Lemon wedges (for serving) 🍋
Directions:

Cook the shrimp: In a large pot, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they turn pink. Remove the shrimp from the pot and set aside. 🍤🧈
Sauté the vegetables: In the same pot, add the remaining tablespoon of butter, diced onion, garlic, celery, and carrot. Sauté for 4-5 minutes, until softened and fragrant. 🧅🧄🥕
Make the roux: Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir, cooking

S'mores Donuts with Marshmallow Glaze 🍩🔥

Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk

For the Marshmallow Glaze
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a donut pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, and milk until fully blended.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.
5. Fold in the mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers until evenly distributed.
6. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean. Let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
8. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and marshmallow fluff to create a smooth glaze.

Philly Cheesesteak Baked Potato 🥔🥩🧀
A Classic Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Inside a Soft Baked Potato 🍽️✨
Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes
1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
1 small onion, sliced
1 small green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sour cream for serving (optional)
Directions:
Bake the Potatoes: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub the potatoes, pierce them with a fork, and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until tender.
Cook the Steak and Vegetables: While the potatoes are baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced steak, onion, and bell pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the steak is browned and the vegetables are softened. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the Baked Potatoes: Slice each baked potato open and fluff the insides with a fork. Add a tablespoon of butter to each potato, then stuff with the cooked steak and vegetables. Top with shredded cheese.
Melt the Cheese: Place the stuffed potatoes back in the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

1 head of cauliflower- steam in chicken broth on the stove for about 20 minutes or until soft. Transfer to a food processor, add sour cream or cream cheese to thicken it up some. You can add parmesan cheese also. Salt and pepper

Air fry chicken. The real good brand ia pretty low carb but not everyone carries it.

Garlic Ginger Shrimp Rice Stack


Ingredients:
For the rice:

2 cups rice
3 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
For the shrimp:

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
For the vegetables:

1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/2 cup snow peas
Instructions:
Cook rice: Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a large pot. Add the rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
Marinate shrimp: In a bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Sauté vegetables: In a skillet, sauté the bell pepper and onion until softened. Add the snow peas and cook for a few more minutes.
Cook shrimp: Grill or sauté the marinated shrimp until cooked through and pink.
Assemble: Layer the rice, grilled shrimp, and sautéed vegetables in a serving dish.

Tips:

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
2-3 tbsp milk (for glaze)
1 tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a donut pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the diced strawberries gently.
Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the donuts are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Instructions:

Ingredients:

1 lb lump crab meat
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, egg, breadcrumbs, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley. Mix gently until all ingredients are combined.
Form the mixture into small patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.

Flying Monkeys Cocktail 🌪️🐒
Ingredients:
1.5 oz silver tequila
1 oz blue curaçao
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 oz pineapple juice
Ice cubes
Black sanding sugar for rim
Lime wheel for garnish
Mini plastic monkey toy for decoration (optional)

Instructions:
Mix black sanding sugar on a shallow plate.
Rim a hurricane glass with lime juice, then dip in the black sugar to create a "stormy sky" effect.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Add tequila, blue curaçao, lime juice, simple syrup, and pineapple juice to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Fill the prepared hurricane glass with fresh ice.
Strain the cocktail mixture over the ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
If using, hang a mini plastic monkey toy on the rim for a playful touch.
