A Little About Mvp
Mvp was started in December of 2017. Within the first 45 days I grew to over 1,000 Followers. This is saying a lot. Due to most of everyone I know had no clue what a Podcast even was at the time. (Most of them still don’t) Starting with nothing and no one to help guide me. I set out to learn everything there was to know about Podcasts and Social Marketing. It has been a long Journey in such a short period of time.
Like anyone else interested in Podcasting, I was always interested in Podcasts shows. Having the ability to talk about what I wanted, to make jokes and tell stories that we were all thinking but just never heard. I have been listening to Podcasts off and on for many years. I decided that I wanted to have my own Podcast show and be heard. Mvp focuses on one thing a little differently. I focus on Ordinary Peoples natural strengths they didn’t even know they had.
Let's face it, we have all had rough patches in our lives right? Well, I wanted to dig a little deeper. I focus on Ordinary People who have Extraordinary Stories to tell. I want the stories that make you feel like your back was against the wall and nobody was there for you and you rose to the top. People whos grass isn’t always greener on the other side. Or ordinary people put in unordinary events and managed to claw there way to the top. These are the things that make Mvp function. Seeing the underdog come out on top, being viewed in life as someone less than and people not seeing the reason you walk with your head held slightly down. We all have a story to tell. It just needs not fall on deaf ears.
Ever wanted to own you own business and just didn’t know how? Yeah, me too. I love hearing the stories of self made Mvps that didn’t know they had what it took to quit there ordinary job and drop everything. Put forth every nickel and dime they had just to see if they had what it took to work for themselves. Having no one on your side or in your corner and starting with nothing. Making a name for yourself when no one thought you could. That is what being an Mvp is all about. I love to help people. I hope that hearing one man/woman's story can make you see the world a little differently. In a more positive manner, than I have done my job. Sometimes the only difference between being Ordinary and Extraordinary, is that little “extra” effort.
