How has Real Estate Changed as a Result of the NAR Settlement

Another change that we have seen across the country for most states is that the potential buyer must sign a buyers agency agreement most of the time agreeing to pay the commission, or portion of the commission to the buyers agent if the seller is not willing to pay the commission.
