We've kicked off our annual Food Drive and this year, the Mecosta County Commission on Aging will be the recipient of everything we gather. They have a food pantry on-site for seniors needing assistance with food supplies, among other fantastic programs. Please drop your food donations at one of our partner locations - Fate's Market in Remus and Hixson's Family Market in Canadian Lakes. You may also drop donations at any of our locations. If donating money, checks should be made out to the Mecosta Co COA.

We had Carl and Bridget Skinner from the Big Rapids Roller Rink on the program today. What a local gem!! Check out their upcoming Holiday Market or take your family to skate!

Today we talk with Heather from Serendipity about their upcoming Ladies night. And Kelly Rickabus from River Lodge Restorations about their refinishing and creating of furniture, lighting, and decor.

This morning was all about our parks, the White Pine Trail, and the restoration of the Depot! We visit with Paul Griffith with the parks and Marissa and Duncan Klussman who own and are renovating the depot.

Full house today! Cole Olson and Ethan Sossen , both kickers from our Ferris Bulldog Football team talk about how they came to Ferris from Montana and Melbourne Australia and their experience here. Then we speak with Kimberly Easler from Angels of Action and all the good work they do for our children in need. Finally Alicia Pilbeam from The Peaks talks about their upcoming Comedy Show!

This morning we talk with Jason from JR Customs. Learning about his business and the First Annual Larry Schuberg Memorial Brews, Loose, and BBQ.

Today we learn more about Big Rapids Roofing and their upcoming charity pheasant hunt! Makayla O'Neil , office manager and Lauren Hayward, marketing manager share the story of the company with us.

This morning it was the 2 Jen's visiting us. First was Jennifer Cochran with the Big Rapids Charter committee to discuss the need for public input and how to reach them as they continue to work on the Charter. Then we were joined by Jen Rumsey with Schubergs Bar to take a look at the new menu and share that The Greatest Restraurants in America show is coming to put a spotlight on them!
