Happy 16th birthday to my favorite middle daughter 😉 Let me tell you a little about Payton- Payton is one of the sweetest humans you'll even meet. She would rather lose an argument then allow it to continue. She's an greate athlete who hasn't even scratched the surface on her potential. She's an honor roll student and I'm fairly certain she remember every detail you tell her. She's got a heart of gold and is an amazing daughter, sister and friend. But don't let this all fool you....Payton will defend those she feels are defenseless and she'll put up a good fight. She's strong, fierce, loving and loyal. I could not ask for a better daughter to raise!

I received the Votivo Aromatic Candles yesterday and let me tell you, the fragrances are one of a kind. The soy-blend wax ensures a clean and even burn, which is reassuring to me when burning candles around my families. Last night before bed, I lit Bamboo Leaf and it was a perfect way to wind down and relax!

Spring and summer are my favorite seasons, and there's nothing quite like sitting on my deck, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. But now, with the addition of a faux eucalyptus LED tree, the ambiance is simply magical. I find myself lost in a world of tranquility and beauty. With the help of Great Jones, I'm making four super easy and delicious Easter, Mother's Day, or Spring breakfast dishes! This truly could not be any easier!

Ingredients
* 8-9 precooked frozen hash brown patties (no need to thaw)
* 2 cups shredded Cheddar, Monterey Jack or a mix of the two cheeses
* 1 package sausage patties or links. You could also use ham
* 2 scallions or green onions, diced
* 9 large eggs
* 1 cup whole milk
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.

* Arrange frozen hash brown patties on three bottom of your Great Jones Hot Dish dish, in a single layer, and sprinkle the cheese, sausage, and scallions over the top.

* In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, mustard, and garlic powder. Then pour evenly over the egg and sausage mixture.

* Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes or until the edges are golden.

* Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, then serve.

Frosting Recipe:
* 2c Powdered Sugar
* 1/2 stick Butter
* 2 tbls Hot Water
* 1/2 tsp Vanilla
