Have you ever felt like you weren't "expert enough"? Maybe you found yourself looking to the left or right and saying things like "someone already does that" or even "I don't want to do the same thing everyday." In today's episode, we talk about how to find your thing by seeing what really matters to you. This is a brain dumping exercise that helps you to figure out your skills, passions and life experiences. Look at this connection point of all of these and analyze the story behind that change or transformation.
Let yourself look at your hard stuff and own your progress of getting to the other side of something or even make the next right steps forward. When you focus on the hard stuff you've been through then you will find the skills, passions and life experiences that are tied to emotion and become bigger and more important than just some craft, hobby or normal "idea."

Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria is when you are emotionally sensitive to a perceived rejection or criticism by someone you care about. You feel like you are falling in some way and the reaction can be more extreme than in neurotypicals.
Stimming- Stimmung is self stimulation and is repetitive sounds, movements, words etc. It could be twirling your hair, biting your nails, but is harmless typically.
Body Mirroring- A strategy used to get things done by having someone with you to get things done and keep you company.

During our 28ish day cycle our energy rises and falls due to hormones. You can use this information of cycle syncing to plan your launch and ensure you don't burn out. This also will allow you to give yourself grace if you are feeling such dread to go face to camera or show up the same way that you did the week before. One of the reasons we become an entrepreneur is to be our own boss and to do things are way. With the noise of social media and all the programs and plans it's hard to filter through the noise of how to do things our way. What do you NEED to do versus what do you WANT to do?
If you learn about who you are and how you think and our motivated then you know that as a Multipassionate, enneagram 8, ADHD squirrelpreneur or Creative then it’s we can go in the flow of what we want to do and actually end up doing what we need to do too.
In this episode we dive into some strategy to avoid procrastination, step into our power as strong minded female entrepreneurs and realize the power giving ourselves what we need to move. We also talk about perfectionism and how to get out of our own way when it comes to overthinking and completing tasks on that dang to do list.

What a year!
Now that it's getting colder and darker earlier I could feel my energy drop. I did several things to get my energy back up and wanted to share with you some tried and true ways to protect your energy and prioritize your health. I know everyone says, "put your mask on first" but do you prioritize it when you have a deadline after procrastinating? It's hard to make yourself do it in these circumstances and so let's get intentional and do it together.
Commit. Community. Connection
1.) Isolate - Prioritize time alone whether that be a walk outside, running an errand or even a shower! After two weeks quarantining a meal out and about is going to feel like a vacation for me so fresh air and the power of putting your shoes on is real! While people need people to get through stuff I want you to prioritize even just 15 minutes alone a day so that you can reflect, breath, pray or be. For whatever reason just "Be-ing" is underrated compared to "Do-ing" so we need to make some intentional adjustments there!

2.) Generate Movement- I'm not even saying this so that you lose that quarantine 15, but the mental benefits of movement are huge too! I want you to pick an amount of time you want to commit to moving and just do it. Even if it is some squats before you jump into the shower, some squats while waiting for that coffee to reheat for the second time or going for a walk.

3.) Moderate- Pick something you want to moderate. Maybe you want to slay the sugar dragon, declutter your house, or manage your carbs. Pick something and make it specific, measurable and realistic and focus on this one thing.

4.) Regulate- Ok so you said what you want to moderate, now we need to figure out how you want to track that progress. Do you want to download an app to track your food or movement? Maybe you will take measurements or get a huge water bottle.

5.) Create- Remember this is a time to get back to basics. Remove so much input and focus on creating. This creating time doesn't need to be for monetization, but it can be for service or even just you. When is the last time you dropped all the business to dos and just created whatever you wanted?
