We have bedrooms available in our fully furnished houses in Seffner, Tampa and Sarasota ranging from $950 to $1495/ month. All utilities are included (electricity, water, internet, trash, common area maintenance, cleaning, etc).
The bedrooms are available at the beginning of the month.
Very convenient location to Tampa, Seffner and Sarasota VERY close to some amazing shopping and public transport.
You will have access to the entire house including living room, office, kitchen (with everything needed to cook) laundry room with washer and dryer, and patio.
The bedroom is the only thing that will not be furnished. This way you can furnish it just how you would like. Or it can be furnished for an extra cost.
The bedroom has a full bathroom right next to it which will be shared with one other person.
We also have studios and rooms with a private bathroom.
We are very tidy, clean and conscientious.
No animals. No smoking. No drugs.
