Overlooked Internal Toxicity
We focus a lot of our energy on self improvement, even if we don't recognize that we do.
Even when trying something completely new, your subconscious mind will automatically try to optimize the process. We do this for a couple reasons. To some, this process may be seen as "how do I make this easier", to others, this is seen as "How do I make this better". No matter which one you fall under, you are inadvertently making this "SET" process infinitey harder, just by trying to reinvent it your own way.
We do this with every passing second. Optimizing and critiquing in the slightest ways with no end goal. That is the craziest part. We have no clue when enough is enough.
It could be amazing to see all my people optimized for the best outcomes. However, if it is one thing I've learned, it's that every mistake, every attempt, and every failure, adds color to this world.
When Earth first started, it was black and white, 1 and 0, on and off, dark and light. Now we are evolving to be able to capture colors that were imprecievable to the human eye. If the world was "perfect", it would be far less beautiful.
