So many are saying God intervened and saved former President Trump's life. I get the sentiment, but I do not believe God intervened here - or ever, for that matter. Let me explain....
To say that God intervenes is to imply that most of the time God is up in Heaven twirling His anthropomorphic thumbs without very much to do. Every once in a while, He sees things getting a little out of balance and off-kilter so He reaches down to "intervene" and get things back on the right track.
But that is not the picture scripture paints of God. God is not only the Creator of the universe, but He is also its Sustainer. Hebrews 1:3 states that Christ "upholds all things by the word of His power."
Every atom in the entire and incomprehensibly vast universe is being held in its proper place this very moment by the constant exertion of God's power. There is never a time when God is not working. There is never a time when He is not sustaining. If God were to ever cease working even for a single millisecond, the entire universe - right along with you and me - would experience instant de-creation. Everything would cease to exist.
Did God protect Trump's life yesterday? Yes, of course He did. Was that His intervention? To be theologically accurate - No. It was one fleeting moment and one tiny expression of His unceasing work, providential rule over and ongoing sustainment of His own creation.

�Things will ramp up now, and narratives will compete for your attention. They will try to divide people, instill fear, manipulate, and darkness will try to use the confusion and conflict to assault the church in the process.
�Stay the course. We know our purpose and Who we belong to. No better time to stand for truth!

The hustle within the “church” is always ongoing.
People get up out of wheelchairs all the time at Benny Hinn crusades. I've been to 18 of them and have seen it hundreds of times. I've also followed up with many of them later.
Do you know how many were truly healed? Zero. None.
Costi Hinn has seen the same thing - first hand working for his uncle. He has seen many more than have I. Would you like to know how many he said were real, organic healings?
Zero. None. They were all either faked (and, trust me, this happens) or psychosomatic, temporary "healings."
Either Benny Hinn is lying or Costi is. Who do you suppose it is? Costi, who repented of the heresy of the Word-Faith movement and is now a pastor raising a family, or Benny Hinn who has never repented, no home church, no pastor, and is constantly telling people to give him money in exchange for financial blessings, protection from disasters, and healing from sickness and disease?
This event is no different than a Benny Hinn crusade.

While this might be mostly used to refer to the “world”, there are too many “churches” that operate under the cover of darkness. Covering up abuse, financial mismanagement, nepotism (just to name a few) while putting a show on Sunday that would make the likes of Benny Hinn blush!!! Dear Christian, be bold. Expose these “able to teach” charlatans, protect the Bride of Christ. It is inexcusable to have so called leadership abuse its members and staff while spineless elderships provide cover as enablers. A pretty clear definition of what “spiritual abuse” is. This whole podcast is worth the listen. Julie Roys and her team have been doing some amazing and much needed work to expose these charlatans within the church. Those who are on staff and elder boards and turn a blind to these things, are complicit. The sad response we often hear is “ we need to pray for him” or “we are all fallen men”. The worst one is “what will happen to church”. Such nonsense is not biblical in the least. The Church does not belong to the pastor. He does not OWN it though he might act like he does.
