The screening last night at Shawnee County Public Library in Topeka was the cherry on top of a great experience for Sunflower Foundation Abandoned Atlas Foundation and our entire crew Michael Schwarz Denise Riley Castelli Emily Cowan. We got to tell the story of The Menninger Clock Tower and how we facilitated the connection to the Sunflower Development Group, LLC that can save it from the abandonment that has ravaged it for around 2 decades.

Van Sanford Apartments are getting a new chance for life because of the amazing, talented, and visionary developer GuRuStu. When the project got the green light we were called in to head to Seminole, OK yesterday on a rainy cold Sunday to document the condition today and we will be following the restoration that is starting immediately so stay tuned.
