Water manifolds (or plumbing manifolds) are control centers that control how water is distributed to parts of the house. Manifolds employ safeguards that reduce the risk of pressure drop and require fewer fixtures. While copper systems are reliable and cost-effective, PEX systems are highly flexible and may be more energy-efficient. During cold snaps, they also resist freezing.

A non-conforming bedroom is simply another way of saying NOT A LEGAL BEDROOM. Statutes vary by state but a bedroom is usually defined by a handful of characteristics that can include square footage, ceiling heights, heating elements, and 2 means of egress...the door you normally use and frequently the second is an egress window.
