Hey all! I know it’s been awhile but I have news!

I was on hiatus this last year because I had a new baby! Welcome baby Maven to the Reach the Stars Podcast world!

Now that she is getting a little bigger and I’m getting used to being a mom of three little kiddos, I’m BACK!

Season 2 of the podcast will launch very soon and I plan to have new episodes every month. So stay tuned!! Hey there, beautiful followers! Long time no see! For those who don’t know, I have been on hiatus from the show because I had a new baby. Baby Maven Celeste Birdie Lohr is here and she is wonderful!! I will be getting back to recording new episodes for all of you kind listeners next month.

I will also be transitioning to a monthly podcast as opposed to weekly because having three little kids and a full-time business on top of a podcast is HARD to manage…but I don’t want to give up on this special, magical show. It’s too important to keep sharing these inspiring stories of persistence, passion and purpose!

"Always reach for the stars...even if you must stand on a cactus."
My big brother, Chris, wrote this little note on a gift tag in a book about bookbinding that he gave me many, many years ago. He died of leukemia on November 2nd, 2008 but this message has always inspired me to go forth towards my dreams, even when the way up is painful and arduous.

Today on the 12th anniversary of his death, I wanted to share this blog I wrote about why I started Reach the Stars Podcast and how it was inspired by so many things he taught me.
He taught me to laugh when I'm frightened, to create when I am able and to love all the time while I'm alive.
