🌄 ☕️ I started the day with half scoop protein powder in my coffee and then a few hours later we had brunch!

🥚 🍞 🐟 4 bites worth! You don't have to eat like a bird 🐦 to maintain or lose weight! It's all about choices! Choose life by choosing whole foods most of the time! They fill you up and get rid of the fluff!
The bread is 2 and I used evoo 1 bite for 1tsp, 1 bite for the protein powder.
