Happy Friday y'all!
I've never owned a rig with so many bells and whistles as the new Outback and at first I didn't really care for them but I have to admit I'm starting to get better at using them and putting them to decent use even just for setting up camp! And as a longtime user of the I almost always use them to level out the rig to have a flat camp spot in other uneven terrain! And no I am not sponsored, just a genuine product that I enjoy and use.
What's your preference in rigs? Bells and whistles or as basic as they can come?

It's been a good while since we have posted consistently and I have felt a creative flow. I was so nervous on this trip to pull out my camera and see how I felt, I'm so grateful that Rogue was a willing participant to be a great subject per usual.
I just want to say thank you again to everyone who has continued to follow us and I know the content may start looking a little different in the future because I want to start sharing more of myself and this new journey we are on. And not to worry, rigs, overlanding, dogs, and adventures will still be a plenty!

The one constant in life is that change is inevitable.
I am seriously so beyond grateful for the years of adventures, growth, and lessons. And I'm more so excited to start a new journey in life with a new rig to growth with and hopefully outdo the Crosstrek! Not to worry the Trek is still in the family and will be staying that way!
I'm so excited to start building the Outback! Definitely will be a slowly but surely build but any companies out there looking for build partners I'd be excited to try new things! I'm excited and hopeful that with a new rig more adventures are on the horizon with my little fam!

Good morning all!
This week I feel into a really sh*tty low mentally. I'm honestly so grateful for the pup because he's so good at being in tune with me when I am down. He's not much of a snuggler but when he knows I need it he lays with me and let's me bury my face into his coat and I just focus on his fur, and listen to his heart, and for a moment he reassures me that everything will be okay.
Rogue is a very special dog, I've known that since day 1, and because he has saved me time and time again I will continue to push through and fight to give him this wonderful life he deserves.

Early risers at camp tap in!
I love to enjoy the sunrise when I'm camping and often lose sleep because of it but it is always so worth it. Always grateful for these small moments enjoying the peace and quiet and solace.

I'm curious, does your color pallet change with the seasons in your photography or does it stay pretty similar? I'm adjusting to less snow and more sunshine but I'm really happy with this color pallet this year.

I always love a good cup of coffee when I'm camping early in the morning and recently I partnered up with and I got to try out some of their coffee.
First, the presentation of their coffee is stellar! Second, the taste is so good! I take my coffee black and without anything this coffee is flavorful and easy to drink. And lastly, the fact that the coffee is already grounds makes for easy coffee when you're packing up camp.

I think it's safe to say that the kid's stoke levels are high for warmer conditions.
This trip was our first taste of the heat coming this year and I'm happy and sad about warmer weather. I'll miss being a bit more comfortable hanging around camp but the views this time of year are incredible.

As we rapidly leave winter behind here in the PNW all I can think about are the cold winter trips. Fresh snowfall, huddled next to the campfire, and stunning views.
This BEAUTIFUL edit from is one of the most incredible things I have ever seen and I'm grateful Lesley chose us to work with because she did a phenomenal job. She has done quite a few since this one and they only get better and better!

5 years.
A very happy birthday to the best adventure pup I could have ever asked for. 5 years of life and memories and adventures. From hiking up to lonely mountain peaks, to staying in fancy city hotels, I've tried to show you as much of this beautiful world as I can.
5 years of lessons learned and teaching others. I never imagined the patience I would develop in learning to cooperate with you, and the way you've shown me how to just stop and look around and appreciate the little things.
5 years Rogue. I love you kid, I can't wait to see what the next 5 years will look like.

So a few weeks ago Rogue's tag finally quit at life so we needed to replace it and of course we went with
If you haven't noticed Rogue gets lots of window time in the rig and it's important that his tags aren't jingling all over the car and window so silicone tags are a must for us. And this little pop of color is awesome on him and super noticeable so if he ever did get lost it would be very noticeable that he has a tag.
