ONLY 10 current employees have worked for the city for over 10 years.
The average length of employment is ~20 months..

City Hall is a revolving door... Why are so many employees disgruntled and disgusted to the point of leaving?
Perhaps the answer firmly lies with an interim city manager who is incompetent and nasty to residents and staff as well as a Mayor who violates city charter and is deeply involved in the running of day to day operations of the city. YES, the same Mayor with a failed work history whose salary is currently still being GARNISHED by creditors..

What a sad Sh*t Show Winter Springs has become!

We NEED major change next election and fire these incompetent fools before it is really to late... City is on the edge of the cliff...
