For Paul, I picked perseverance..

He embodies persevering leadership.

The characteristics of a preserving leader.

1.Definiteness of purpose.

His life mission is as big as it gets.. “To liberate humanity.”

He shows up every day in purpose and on purpose.. with a “why” like that

He’s able to persevere through the toughest challenges..

Even when all the odds are stacked against him.. he shows up!

2.Desire

You have to really want it! You can tell how committed someone is by how hard they work to obtain what they desire..

Paul is front and center and on every stage around the world he can be, sharing his story and hope for humanity..

Captivating and moving audiences to make true impact, leaving his mark everywhere he goes.

He’s not talking about it over tea or at gatherings.. he's doing everything in his power to make it happen.

His desire is as strong as I’ve ever seen.

3.Self-belief and Belief in God

When obstacles seem too big to overcome.. he finds a way!

His radical self-belief has been forged through tremendous adversity.

True confidence is developed through exertion. With what Paul has accomplished and continues to do, he earned that self-belief.

Although his self-belief is powerful, it pales in comparison to his belief in “Gods Plan;" he has dedicated his life to becoming a vessel for God's will.

Most men would crumble under a calling so big.

Not Paul! Please help me in wishing this legend .Humanity a happy birthday!
