If right now, you're in a rut. You feel or believe that life isn't lifing like you want it to; I want you stop those thoughts immediately.

You are creating and maintaining that condition over your life.

You need to change your thoughts.

It's hard.

No, it's simple.

Start thinking of happy thoughts, of how you want to look, how you want to feel, of where you want to go, of the things that you want to do.

Write it down. Type them in your note app so that you can refer to them every time those draining thoughts creep up on you.

Say them out loud. Retrain your mind.

If you wallow in misery, misery comes to you.

If you stand in joy, a joy life will bring.

I apologize to me

I've been in my way for a while

Been in my responsibilities cause my grandmother taught me to lay in the bed I made with diginity

Got sick a few months ago

Had surgery

Thank the Most High for another lease on life

I'm still antisocial socially but wanna be social

I wrote an ebook on my real estate knowledge so your friends and family can buy property a little better than you did. j/j, not really...

Buy it! It's packed with all this stuff in my head that I had to get out cause the way some people buy is less costly than the way most people buy

I'm planning another book, maybe a part of how the hecky woo I figured out this life of mine after I lost my effn mind [my grandmother too]... or how to mind your business and glow the eff up. Ooooh that's a catchy title 😊

Maybe a cookbook but this is why I had surgery so I don't feel right showing how to cook a lot of food that we're accustomed to eating until I learn how to cook it healthier

Maybe a book on men, sugar daddies and gigolos 👀

I don't know yet, we'll see...

My youngest will be 18 before the year ends and I'm ready to do something different so I'm doing different now

Look, this [mostly] consistent thang is paying off! I've entered my stride.

Cucumbers, avocado, cherry tomatoes, Arugula in a homemade dressing of balsamic vinegar, avocado oil, and honey, seasoned with garlic, cayenne pepper, coarse black pepper, Himalayan salt and topped with squeezes of lime 😋 😋 😋

I walked this morning, too...

Feels great!
