So a lot of thought was put into this.

Choosing the & wasn’t easy. They were both unique in their characteristics and relating to my style of work. I knew it was the best choice, so I did it.

I chose and wasn’t disappointed. Learning to master what you have is important, and mastering my first camera (Samsung NX300) helped me grow so much. To grow in my skills and quality of work, purchasing this helped me do just that.

Hi, my name is Jesse Krokis

I’m the person behind Krokis Films. It started when I was a teenager, I was inspired and amazed by content from With a passion birthing within me, I acquired my first camera, a GoPro 3 (thx dad).

Editing, storytelling and camera settings were all so new to me although none of these stopped me from hitting record. Climbing cranes, longboarding and exploring had me wanting to recreate what I had seen and felt.

Busyness (aka laziness) kept me from creating until I was gifted a camera from my cousin Deciding to pursue this as a career, I took a program focused on every aspect of filmmaking for 8 months.

Finishing this program and then filming my first wedding led me to creating Krokis Films and pursuing filmmaking as a career.

I trusted YHWH and never looked back.

This promo was shot handheld and it turned out great! It showed me how important pre-planning shots & camera movements are, especially in the editing room. Sound designing was another world, exploration of this world brings the visuals to another level.

Oof, now the cupcakes were amazing! They were simple and it’s what made it possible to be able to show all the ingredients used. Finishing it off was a logo baked by
