So much change has happened in the last year - that being said, let me re-introduce myself.

Hi! My name is Kaitlin, and I’m the owner and mastermind behind Socially Thriving, LLC.

I created Socially Thriving, LLC in May 2020 after managing social media for my mother’s Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. When the pandemic changed everything, I took the leap to focus on building my own business full-time. Watching businesses grow and helping owners reclaim their time is my passion.

In addition to running Socially Thriving, I’m also a proud mom to two wonderful kids, my first son joined us in August 2022 and we just welcomed our second son, who joined our family in October 2024. Balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship has taught me the value of efficiency, focus, and finding creative ways to thrive in every area of life. These lessons inspire my approach to helping other business owners streamline their operations and achieve their goals.

I bring over 4 years of experience as a self-taught social media manager, paired with an Associates in Small Business and Entrepreneurship (2019) and a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Communications and a minor in Business (2020). In 2022, I expanded my services to include custom website design for businesses of all types. Whether you’re a DPC practice, a small business, or an entrepreneur, I create websites tailored to your unique needs and goals.

In May 2024, I shifted my focus to coaching, custom website design, and supporting DPC practices through my role as an administrative specialist. With over 7 years of experience in the DPC space, I help practice owners optimize their operations, grow their patient panels, and improve workflow efficiency. I thrive on empowering DPC owners to take control of their time and grow their practices with confidence.

To have been able to take this pediatric practice from nothing (barely any social media and a small following) to so beyond waitlisted that they have to close the waitlist was everything I hoped for! In a few short months, she was almost maxed out, and we continued with that energy for years. I had so much fun, given full creative rights, and to be able to give them everything they hoped for in their practice was what I wanted. Results are coming!

Now it doesn't happen instantly, I tell everyone, give it 3 months.

3 months for the algorithm to change and catch on.

It's really this simple but there's more beyond just the simple things 🤫

3 years ago, I decided I wanted to purchase my LLC.
The world had just shut down.
I left my job the day it happened.
I had no job.
I was finishing my bachelor full time with 2 semesters left.
I took a leap of faith and started something I wasn't sure if it'd work out.
In 3 years, I have waitlisted 9 DPC practices.
I have helped 32 medical practices.
I have grown 17 of these practices from nothing.

Small wins are still a win and I'm so proud of myself.
