To have been able to take this pediatric practice from nothing (barely any social media and a small following) to so beyond waitlisted that they have to close the waitlist was everything I hoped for! In a few short months, she was almost maxed out, and we continued with that energy for years. I had so much fun, given full creative rights, and to be able to give them everything they hoped for in their practice was what I wanted. Results are coming!

Now it doesn't happen instantly, I tell everyone, give it 3 months.

3 months for the algorithm to change and catch on.

3 years ago, I decided I wanted to purchase my LLC.
The world had just shut down.
I left my job the day it happened.
I had no job.
I was finishing my bachelor full time with 2 semesters left.
I took a leap of faith and started something I wasn't sure if it'd work out.
In 3 years, I have waitlisted 9 DPC practices.
I have helped 32 medical practices.
I have grown 17 of these practices from nothing.

Small wins are still a win and I'm so proud of myself.

Strive for progress, not perfection.

Progress is moving forward, but it's also taking a step back.

Yes, we may take 1 step forward and 5 steps back, but that's normal. That happens. Things happen.

Progress will always be in the making and nothing can be perfect.

We're not perfect, so why do we try so hard to be perfect?

Because that's what society tells us. Society tells us to keep trying until something is perfect.

Perfect is a thing of our imagination and we need to stop thinking it's something normal.

Normal is making mistakes and not following the path always.

Lets stop trying to be perfect, start living, start accepting mistakes happen, start learning that we are human.

Goal setting isn't for everyone, but it can if done right.

None of the same BS of "I'll workout more" or "I'll eat healthier" sorta things. We need to see realism.

I have a very strategic way I set goals and it's worked!

Every odd year birthday, I have a 2 year 2 goal plan.

When I turned 21, I told myself before I'm 23, I had to graduate college and have a successful business.

By the time I turned 23, I had 2 college degrees and a successful business.

Before I turn 25, my goals were to move out (did last year in September!) and go on a vacation out of state (went to NYC last December!).

Goals can be whatever you want them to be and can be about anything, which makes it even more fun to have this 2 year 2 goal plan.

I've completed both my goal before I turned 24 and with 25 approaching, I have big goals coming that I'm ready to aim for 🎉

Being a mom has been a blessing and the best feeling in the world!

Everything I do in my business is for him to see what a kickass mom he has when he gets older.

Setting multiple goals is soo important in a business and your personal life.

I set goals for personal life to complete within a year but also have monthly goals.
I set goals for my business every 3 months.
I set goals for my clients and they don't even know it!

Part of manifesting is self-confidence.

Having confidence in yourself takes a lot of effort and it can simply start with someone else having confidence in you.

Our brains are so funny when it comes to believing in ourselves. We think if no one believes in us, then we won't really believe in ourselves for that exact reason.

Here's the catch though - I believe in you. I think you're enough. I think you're doing an amazing job. I want you to keep pushing. And I don't ever want you to give up.

Manifest that every day.
Manifest believing in yourself and having others believe in you.

👉Posting the right content is key

👉Using a geotag will help a lot!

👉Making sure your caption is fully understandable and spaced out is more pleasing to read

👉Having a bio that is simple, flows, and easy to read is important

👉Understanding why your audience is coming to you needs to be shown in everything you post

Be like my cat, Jessie, and start finding other ways to see the big picture.

What do I mean?
👉When you focus on something so small all the time, you're not looking at the bigger picture that includes all your possibilities!

So how does this relate to my cat?
👉For 15 years, she was an inside cat and never went outside before. As of September, when we moved we had a screen porch she could go out to sunbathe on. She was so curious about being on the porch and was always looking around. Now that we have moved again with a backyard, she is looking at everything possible always. She watches the trees move in the wind, plays with the bugs flying by, and can see the big picture now that she was missing. She always wants out to explore more!

How you can look at the big picture:
👉Write down the things you focus on now and see how they all relate. Find a connection and correlate that to something bigger!
👉Do your research to find your bigger picture. Simply searching a word and seeing what pops up, or even a phrase that you love and stand by in your business.
👉Take 5-10 minutes a day to expand how you view your business, yourself, your clients/customers, why you do what you do, etc. Look past the things you see now and search for more.
👉Always expect that there's more to see. With this mindset, you can accomplish so much more! Now this doesn't mean more to do, just more to see beyond where you're looking now!
