Years ago, Bob Eckert and Sheila Delarm purchased a run-down property off State Route 30 in and spent 40 years transforming it into a true work of art. Known today as the Adirondack Adventure Base, this beautifully maintained 50-acre woodland property filled with wetlands, cliffs and a variety of forest types that one can enjoy and camp in anytime of the year, including winter.
