There is no reason to feel like you have to sit on the sidelines.

Concerts, Live Music Venues, Weddings -- these are NOT environments where considering Ballroom Dancing a Sport is useful. Instead, these are places to build community and fellowship, and yet, many people feel compelled to stay seated and watch others dance for various reasons.

The #1 reason we hear people mention that they stay and watch instead of get out on the floor and dance is because they feel embarrassed because they don't know how.

Leadership In Dance Is Super Important!!!

Often times, Leads feel as if the Follow is "Back Leading". We like to approach this concept with the idea that there is a leadership void that will be filled by either partner.

When "Back Leading" occurs, it is often the case that a Follow is not receiving enough information to work with, and so they fill the void of leadership themselves.
