Storm Prediction Center: Key message update for Day 2 Saturday. A tornado outbreak is possible from eastern Louisiana across Mississippi and Alabama. Intense (EF3+), long-track tornadoes, damaging winds and very large hail will all be possible.

The moderate risk (Level 4/5) for today and tonight has been expanded. Here is the latest update on today's severe weather threat. Storms are already firing in the Oklahoma/Arkansas border.

It’s also it's hard for Veterans with PTSD to enjoy fireworks. If you have a family member who is a veteran, it's important to have a plan to help them if they are around fireworks so that they feel more relaxed and aren't feeling threatened.
