Kirkpatrick & Kinslow Productions is an Emmy® award-winning film production company, producing feature length movies & documentaries. Russ Kirkpatrick & Andy Kinslow are both members of the PGA, the Producers Guild of America. In 2014, they started the company, then won an Emmy® award for their first film “Boomtown: An American Journey”. The feature length documentary profiles a traumatic part of

mid-America’s war on race in the 1921 Race Massacre -- and other parts of Tulsa, Oklahoma’s checkered history. Kirkpatrick & Kinslow’s second film, “Unlikely Family” can be seen on streaming platforms like AMAZON PRIME in the USA & other parts of the world, while its third feature length film, “The Sound Of Identity” is now available on STARZ, and streaming platforms in the USA & Canada, and in all United Kingdom territories. While Unlikely Family profiles an unlikely group of LGBTQ religious misfits as they find their place in the world, The Sound of Identity powerfully documents the first transgender woman baritone in history performing as the historied Don Giovanni on a mainstage opera. Kirkpatrick & Kinslow is in development on its newest movie, Will To Win. Set in current time with historic flashbacks, this family friendly, female-centric high school baseball drama features a Will Rogers character, along with a Native American thematic. The Producers are collaborating with the Will Rogers Family, and Author Jim Stovall on the movie which is endorsed by the Will Rogers Memorial Museums, and the Oklahoma Historical Society. Finally, Kirkpatrick & Kinslow is in post-production on the feature film “Susan’s Story” which follows the journey of a woman’s tragic life story, culminating in a shocking death wish. The company also creates TV commercials, short fiction films, and promotional videos profiling great causes and brand awareness for clients. About Russ Kirkpatrick

Russ Kirkpatrick, PGA Member (Producers Council), is a producer & co-owner of Kirkpatrick & Kinslow Productions, LLC, which produces documentaries and movies. Using nearly 30 years of experience in television and radio news, anchoring, reporting and investigative work -- combined with financial services -- he now oversees day-to-day operations at Kirkpatrick & Kinslow. Among other volunteer roles, Russ recently completed a $6-million-dollar capital campaign for a nonprofit assisting at-risk women, and served for several years on the board of another organization assisting men as they come out of addiction. Andy Kinslow, PGA Member (Producers Council), works full time as co-owner & producer with Kirkpatrick & Kinslow. Previously, he founded KKT Architects, Inc., Tulsa’s largest, locally owned award-winning full-service architecture, interiors, structural and civil engineering firm. Although he’s no longer involved, KKT Architects continues with the same name, under new ownership. His reach into community and passion for the arts extends well beyond his volunteer work with the Tulsa Community College Foundation, Tulsa Ballet, Arts Alliance Tulsa, Tulsa Arts Commission and Fay Jones School of Architecture & Design.

This is a Lee Isaac Chung filmography appreciation post! 🙌 If you enjoyed the tornado action/thriller Twisters Movie, you'll love Minari (2020). This Academy Award-nominated dramedy, directed by Chung, draws inspiration from his childhood on a farm in Arkansas. While the story is set in a neighboring state, the film was shot in its entirety right here in Tulsa!

Hailing from Colorado, Glenn is a junior majoring in Film Studies at The University of Tulsa and has been an invaluable part of since last year. He has supported our producers on a variety of projects, including Will To Win Movie, Susan - A Feature Documentary, promotional videos for Tulsa businesses and nonprofits, and some exciting projects we can't reveal just yet. 🤭

Glenn's passion for filmmaking stems from the joy he gets from entertaining people. He loves making those around him smile and laugh while giving them unforgettable experiences, which translates perfectly through his filmmaking! Glenn's dream project is to work on a National Geographic documentary, combining his love for nature and film.
