Pound of ground beef
1 onion
2 cans pinto beans (drained)
1 can rotel
1 4 oz can green chili
2 cups of beef broth
1 tsp chili powder
*I added black pepper, onion powder, Trader Joe’s chili lime seasoning. I added a few cloves of garlic. I also added fresh cilantro when serving!

Making my teenage sons Chicken Cobbler for the lunches this week 🫶🏼
4 cups chicken
2 tbs butter (for casserole dish)
1 tbs butter (for seasoning mixture)
2 cups frozen veggies
2 cups milk
2 cups chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken
1/2 cup of cheese
Red lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Bake on 350 for 45-50 minutes until golden brown

I am 4 years out from WLS. The way I have maintained my 170 pound weight loss is keeping active and eat the correct portions. I know eating rice can be controversial but it doesn’t hurt my stomach.
