Completely Gutted. Just heard the news. Tulsa is less without Paul Meek. I, along with a multitude of others, frequented Mohawk Music during my formative years, discovering bands that would become lifelong favorites- all under the guidance of Paul. He was the kindest, greatest musical influence we could have had. His demeanor was of an absolute gentleman, with an understated humor- and he really cared about the conversation. He always told me about how he used to take records out to my dad to be played at the radio station where he DJ’d. I am shocked, and upset. Paul- you are a legend.
