1ST PLACE WINNER πŸ† Tonya made it happen over the summer during our 8 WEEK CHALLENGE πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰
3.25 inches LOST, Body Fat LOST, and lean muscle added πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ She came 3 times a week for Small Group Training and followed the extra workouts designed for her another 2-3 days a week. Tonya is our local favorite Dental SUPERSTAR so with her busy schedule at the dental practice we had to build flexibility into her workout routine and nutrition. She built consistency and was able to see how to fit a healthy lifestyle to GET RESULTS! NO restrictive diets and eating REAL FOOD with variety.

2.5% Body Fat lost & 6 pounds of LEAN MUSCLE gained πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ She worked out 3 times a week in studio for 8 weeks and made a conscious effort to just be active on the days she wasn’t training with us…. No real extra training days in a gym since she is a busy lady with her own business and at home with her family. We focused on zone based training for efficiency and her nutrition (which wasn’t a β€œDIET”).
Kendra is now enjoying coming to her small group training sessions and realizing how easy it is to fit HER FITNESS into a busy schedule πŸ‘ 45 minutes for YOU!
