✨ Vision Board Workshop 2 Completed! ✨

Over the weekend, Paula Taylor of Paula Taylor Energy and I hosted another incredible workshop where we blended the art and science of manifestation to help you create and achieve your future goals.

During the workshop, we explored how to integrate the VIA Character Strengths Survey with my four-stage approach to personal development, combined with esoteric and mystical practices. We focused on four key elements: Aspiration, Inspiration, Intention, and of course, Manifestation. ✨

We started by delving into the VIA Character Strengths Survey—an essential tool in positive psychology that highlights the core virtues and character strengths that lead to a fulfilling life. By identifying their top five signature strengths, we helped participants align their goals with their authentic selves, ensuring they were both meaningful and achievable.

Next, we concentrated on the five strengths of the head—Curiosity, Creativity, Love of Learning, Perspective, and Judgment—cognitive strengths that are vital for effective goal-setting. These strengths guided us in exploring possibilities, assessing feasibility, and ensuring that our goals were well-grounded in reality.

Understanding that imagining bold, ambitious goals can sometimes be more challenging than accepting our current reality, we addressed how to resolve this internal conflict before taking meaningful action. With a strong foundation of Awareness and Acceptance, we guided participants into the deeper stages of change.

💖 By focusing on what we are doing right, we can better manage our problems and recognize the personal strengths we might overlook or take for granted.

Here’s a way to notice what’s going right: Think of a behavior that's been getting in your way (like procrastination). Track when this behavior doesn't occur to see what you’re doing right during those times. 📈✨

There comes a point in everyone’s journey when you take an honest look at who you are, what you’re doing, and where you’re headed. Sometimes, you realize there might be a better way to make changes, or that it’s time to take a different path altogether.
