Watch the First 150 Seconds of Nobody Believes Cassandra (or, The Tragedy of Cassandra in the Age of Artificial Intelligence)
On this day 41 years ago, 22 January, 1984, Apple aired a television commercial that revolutionized the television industry. Two days later, the Macintosh transformed the world of computing.
Today, we unveil a sneak peek at a groundbreaking cinematic creation: the first 150 seconds of our second AI-powered feature film, "Nobody Believes Cassandra (or, The Tragedy of Cassandra in the Age of Artificial Intelligence)."
This film marks another stride forward in our mission to help build the Sixth Great Age of Filmmaking, an era where artificial intelligence empowers storytellers in unprecedented ways, opening up Hollywoods in everyone's living rooms (and home offices. And some dining rooms. Garages? Yeah, sure. Wait. Where was I?).
About the Film:
In "Nobody Believes Cassandra," brilliant historian and coder Dr. Cassandra Selene develops HELEN (The Historical Exploration and Learning Engine Network), an AI designed to study the past, but who quickly learns to predict the future with stunning accuracy. Trying to warn people of a looming threat on the horizon, Cassandra soon finds herself caught in a dangerous web of corporate intrigue and potential catastrophe.
As Cassandra's creation gains attention, she faces powerful adversaries: Apollo Goldwyn, a billionaire determined to possess both her technology and her, and A.J. "Ajax" Axworthy, a ruthless investor known for hostile takeovers. When she makes HELEN's code open source, the stakes escalate dramatically.
With a possible disaster looming in Mexico, Cassandra must fight against media manipulation, corporate greed, and public skepticism. Will anyone heed her warnings before it's too late?

Special Edition: Nobody Believes Cassandra - First Trailer
Hello everyone!
What happens when ancient mythology meets modern AI?
I'm thrilled to share the first trailer for Nobody Believes Cassandra (or, The Tragedy of Cassandra in the Age of Artificial Intelligence) — a story that feels almost too timely to be fiction.
You might recognize the mythological reference - Cassandra, the Trojan priestess blessed with prophecy but cursed so that no one would believe her predictions.
Our modern Cassandra isn't dealing with Greek gods, but something potentially just as powerful: artificial intelligence.
When I first conceived this project, I wanted to explore a question that keeps many of us up at night: what if we could predict the future, but couldn't convince anyone to listen?
Our protagonist, Dr. Cassandra Selene, faces this exact dilemma when her AI creation, HELEN, starts making eerily accurate predictions.
Our intrepid scientist attempts to warn the world of a looming threat, but… Nobody Believes Cassandra.
The film features complex dynamics between our modern-day prophetess and two tech titans: Apollo Goldwyn and A.J. "Ajax" Axworthy.
If you picked up on these names - congratulations! You're catching some of the not-so-subtle nods to Greek mythology placed throughout this film. But don't worry, you don't need a classics degree to enjoy this thriller.
Cassandra's decision to make HELEN's code open source is a choice that sets off a chain reaction nobody saw coming - well, almost nobody.
The trailer is going live on all our social channels and website today. Watch it, share it, debate it - just don't ignore it like everyone ignores Cassandra!
Mark your calendars for early 2025. Sometimes, history's greatest warnings come from the future.
Onward!

Dr. Cassandra Selene, historian and AI coder, builds an AI, HELEN, to answer the great mysteries of history. However, once HELEN learns the patterns of history, the AI starts to predict the future.
Dr. Selene attempts to warn people of coming dangers, but... Nobody Believes Cassandra.
