Today's lunch: Pancit & Turon at the Fiesta Filipina food truck🥹

I drizzled spicy sauce all over the noodles.

The Turon was my favorite, and I’ll be ordering a few more next time🙃 It’s slices of ripe b***o
banana, sprinkled with sugar, wrapped in a spring roll wrapper, then fried to golden perfection.

They’ll be at the Sky Islands Artisan Market tomorrow, Oct 15, from 10 - 4!
