Check out our visit to Red Bird Scratch Kitchen (Redbird Scratch Kitchen + Bar)(back before they opened). We started off with their Super loaded fries and chose to add carne asada on top. Definitely a shareable appetizer option. All the flavors definitely deliver on an enjoyable starter. Next we wanted to see how they did with their traditional wings. Even though they offered loaded wings (which I cannot wait to try on my next visit) we figured we would go with their Honey hot and Caribbean jerk wing options. They were nice and crispy packing flavor so in our book they definitely passed the wing test. They do feature a variety of flavors so if you like wings you will definitely be glad to hear that.Next we decided to give their burgers a go. Shane went with the “Die In Your Sleep” 3x3 burger while I tried their “Sonoran Burger”. I am a big fan of green chile so to see that they were featuring roasted green chili on their burger it easily caught my attention. Shane’s 3x3 burger might sound intimidating but their burger patties are smash patties so he said it was definitely filling and delicious. My Sonoran burger was great and knowing that they roast green chili I might try another one of their burgers and add some roasted green chili to it on my next visit since they had some other great options 😋Red Bird Scratch Kitchen is a great burger, tacos and wing spot.
