While on vacation in the Bahamas, I still managed to try some pizza. Despite being slightly overcooked, the Marina Pizzeria in Atlantis was by far the best of the four I tried.

Zotto's The Pine in Brunswick/Troy, NY: First time trying. I had one COB and Pepperoni; large grandma-style pizzas. I could have eaten a whole pizza myself. They were both tasty, but the COB was the winner. (I should order COB with Pepperoni.) If you're in the area, it's definitely worth trying.

I recently went to the Jersey Shore and enjoyed some fantastic pizza from Rosie's Pizza. The ocean was rough, but the pizza was cooked perfectly, with a crispy char. While I liked the 16-inch round pizza more than Grandma's pie, both were delicious and offered at a fair price compared to the boardwalk prices.

68% hydration I made a Buffalo chicken pizza, a couple pepperoni & a couple cheese pizzas. I had an extra dough to make bread. I used my Roccbox for most of the cooks.

Flatbread Friday!! 😋 Sometimes on Friday night I just don't feel like waiting for the pizza delivery guy or spending a ton cash. I made 2 flatbread pizzas, a Five Cheese pizza and a Broccoli, ricotta , garlic white pizza. For these pizzas you can purchase all the ingredients ALDI USA . It only cost 13 dollars or less.
What's great about these artisan flatbreads you can make anyway you want. Most of the time I have all the ingredients already. With leftover chicken I made either BBQ chicken pizza or Buffalo chicken pizza. With leftover taco meat I made Mexican pizza. Veggie pizzas ! I have cooked on grill and in home oven. These time I used my Gozney Roccbox.

Hope 7’s 1st annual Pizza Wars is coming to the American Legion in Wynantskill, on April 16th from 6-8:30pm! Come taste a large variety of pizza from local pizza shops and restaurants. There will be voting for best pizza and other categories as well. It’s only $20 per person!
