🎠 Life is short. Ride the carousel! 🎠 Riverbanks Zoo and Garden had a fun display for the holiday season! 🌲 We were there for our son’s surprise engagement. 💍 It rained “cats and dogs”, but the proposal went off without a hitch and it was a fun, festive night in spite of the rain. ☔️ The lights were beautiful! There weren’t many animals out but the koalas and spider monkeys came out to say hello. 🐨🐒 It was fun to be a kid again and ride the carousel with all the kids. 🎠 The spiked hot cocoa was barely spiked and it was $15 - expensive for what it was. But the commemorative cup is cute. 🥤All in all, a great family friendly venue that I’m sure the kids will remember and it will create memories, for sure.
