WA6SEK Eco friendly, wide area, amateur radio repeaters are located about 12 miles south of Tracy in the Altimont hills at 3100 ft. Founded 1968

The entire site is a Green Site running with no utilities and entirely on Solar. The WA6SEK Amateur Repeaters are and have always been committed to California's need for Emergency communications. Providing wide area coverage from the Bay Area, San Joaquin Valley, Fresno, to Sacramento.

We have a solar system!
Eight 330w panels, two (redundant) 3.5kw controllers, 4kw inverter, and a lot of other goodies.
I feel a work party soon.
