We made a delicious Margherita Pizza in the NEW 10” EOC and it was AMAZING! Make sure to save this recipe to make for later! 🤩

Ingredients:
- 1 Can of Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust
- 1 (14 oz.) Can of Crushed Tomatoes (San Marzano) or Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Block of Mozzarella Cheese (or 8 oz. of mozzarella cheese pearls)
- 3 Cloves of Garlic (or 2 teaspoons of minced garlic)
- 1/2 Cup of Fresh Basil Leaves
- Olive Oil (optional)

Instructions:
1. Spray a thin layer of olive oil on the bottom of the 10” EOC. Cut the pizza crust dough to fit into the 10” EOC and brush the crust with a little bit of olive oil. (You can choose to omit the olive oil.)
2. Spread the crushed tomatoes evenly across the crust.
3. Cut the Mozzarella Cheese using Cone #4 and the Garlic using Cone #1 and spread them throughout the crust.
4. Plug the electric probe and set the temperature to 400°F and the time to 22 minutes.
5. With 10 minutes left, dry the moisture from the lid and add the basil.
6. Cut into triangles, serve, and enjoy!
