We added a 1948 Collins 12z to our gear roster! It’s four channels, all tube, and has been overhauled for modern recording. Pairs with dynamic and ribbon mics brilliantly. It sounds beautiful… very lush and three dimensional.

Picked up this Veillette “Avante” recently…. It’s basically a 22 string guitar crossed with a mandolin 🔥 🔥 stellar tone, plays beautifully, and has a DI out as well. Awesome addition to the collection!

Lexicon reverb at its best! Meet our Lexicon 300, the 480 sister processor. I use it in my mixing process almost daily, and I’ve never heard a plug-in that does anything close to what this does.

Its Random Hall and Rich Plate reverbs are stunning. Ambience glory and tone for ages. Great delay, diffusion and modulation effects too. tracking his new album here this week 😎 drum day was yesterday, Jon Rutter killed it 🙌 we used our house Noble & Cooley drum kit, three different snares (noble & cooley SS classic, aranoff trackmaster, peace copper snare). As far as mics go: kick audix D6, snare top Josephson e22s, snare bottom Sennheiser md441, Toms beyer m201’s, overheads telefunken m60’s.

Yep, that amp is tiny. We passed on using our Marshall jcm800, vox AC10, ampeg reverb rocket, fender deluxe reverb, and peavey classic 30… and tracked a Yamaha practice amp turned up to 11 instead 😂 😂 ya gotta give the song what it needs!!!
