A little birdie told me the old Beall's Outlet, in the Titusville Mall, will become part of the Antique Mall, starting December 1st, and is currently looking for vendors to occupy the new space.
The Mall is also proposed to be demolished and become a new development sometime in the future.
Last week, Titusville planning officials took a step forward in the transformation of the former Searstown Mall into an urban village.
Heard land clearing has started on property in the North end of the county for 6,000 homes…..

Research shows the property, w/red border, is owned by Grissom Plaza, LLC, based in Orlando, who's President was also a partner in developing the new Eckler's building just north of this proposed shopping plaza.....the big property across Willow Creek rd is also owned by the same LLC
Only time will tell what this will actually become

I heard a rumor that certain property owners used other people's property to charge for parking during Artemis Launch without consent. Due to that, there will now be a fence surrounding that property.
