With the semester coming to a close, the spring 2024 website class had its final meeting of the semester. At the start of this special meeting, awards were handed out to students who practiced an excellence in journalism over the course of the semester. Then, Jaycee Stone, editor-in-chief, handed off “The Vision key” to upcoming 2024-2025 EIC C.J. Eldridge. Also, the vision adviser surprised Stone and Managing Editor Savannah Williamson with end of the year presents. To end off the time together, the staff had dinner at Molina’s in TR.

Thank you for supporting The Vision Media this semester. As always, we strive to bring light into a dark world through our journalism.

Congratulations to the cast and crew of NGU's Jane Eyre: The Musical on a successful show run. With six sold out nights of performances, this show brought audiences to tears through the themes of forgiveness and love.

It’s coffee time, because it’s a lifestyle.

For today’s “treat yourself Thursday,” NGU students lined up for a cup of caffeine goodness. The business Little Leaf Coffee () provided an array of flavors for coffee ranging from white chocolate to lavender. They also provided flavors for fruit smoothies and specialty drinks. With the heat of the day and classes coming to close, this treat hit the spot for students.

North Greenville students enjoy a cool, sweet snow cone for treat yourself Thursday. The snow cones were provided by “Kona Ice” with flavors ranging from wild cherry to blue raspberry. Check out students lining up, even in the rainy weather, for their icy treat.

"Hi everyone, my name is Samantha Meyeres and I am from Waconia, Minnesota. I am a sophomore digital media journalism major and this is my first year on the NGU Vision Staff. I have a passion for writing and hope to pursue journalism in the future. I currently work as a barista at Leopard Forest Coffee Company and love coffee! I enjoy reading, playing tennis and watching movies, especially ‘90s rom coms. I am so excited to be a part of The Vision and work with all the amazing staff!
