Breaks don’t have to be long or fancy Sometimes, a break is just a moment where you get to breathe, reset, and do something for you. Don’t underestimate the small ones because they matter

Just chased my dog through half the neighborhood, because he jumped the fence trying to chase after me while I was on a run because he loves me so much-
