Studio A is $75/hr and requires a $40/hr deposit to book.

Studio B is $50/hr and requires a $20/hr deposit to book.

You will lose your deposit if you no-show or cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hrs notice.

We do not rent to freelance engineers.

Please read through the FAQ page on our website and DM your engineer if you still have questions.

Studio B was recently created to offer clients another option. While it’s more affordable than Studio A, the sound and equipment is still going to deliver what you’re looking for. We have a couple more upgrades coming by the end of the year.

Jay Feroben
He’s been running sessions at Wav House since March so a lot of y’all know him already. For those that don’t, Jay Feroben is a talented artist, producer and engineer, who has been elevating the sound of local artists for the last 5 years. With a firm grasp on what it takes to make it as an artist and how to get you the sound you’re looking for, he is definitely an asset you want working on your next project.

Brandon “Nimrod” Villanueva
Brandon is a Certified Audio Engineer & Producer with 5+ years of experience in the music industry, Brandon “Nimrod” Villanueva has engineered and produced in predominantly Rap, RnB, Spanish, Country and even Gospel music, giving him enough studio experience to reach the sound you’re looking for.
