I've seen many leaders that end up focusing on and broadcasting their accomplishments to anyone that will listen.

This starts to become a problem when they are taking credit for something that someone on their team actually did.

When this occurs, the team sees it... They feel it... Morale and productivity then begin to decline for the team as a whole.

For all of the leaders out there, what are you doing to put your team in the spotlight instead of you?
