Born in Galveston and raised in Houston, Ron Young has been in the entertainment industry since he was 16. He still manages and critiques several artists but is focused more exclusively on a new passion—real estate.

Lisa Benoit’s father taught her to speak her mind. Her grandfather taught her to control her words. Life taught her that it will be hard and beautiful at the same time. She’s gone through two hurricanes, homelessness, ups and downs, but through it all, Lisa remained a steadfast believer in sharing her story to help others.

When Lisa decided to open her own brokerage, 100 agents joined her within the first month. “I had surgery on November 30, 2021, and on December 7, 2021, while I was in bed, I turned on my license,” Lisa remembered. “By December 30, I had 99 agents signed on with me. I remember because I made a bet with my husband, Steven, that I wouldn’t make it to 100, even though he thought I would. On January 1, 2022, I won the bet.”

Out of the 5200 brokerages in Houston, Lucky Money Real Estate is in the Top 2.8%. 95% of Lucky Money’s agents are women, and about 90% of them have been in the business for two years or less. It’s a brokerage that gets recognized. It’s a brokerage people talk about—including the name- Lucky Money.

With her grandfather looking down on her, Lisa’s business will continue to be Lucky Money indeed.

Dami Olatunde is a dynamic REALTOR® who holds three degrees, performs as a comedian, and loves his family. He’s an all-around great guy who will bring a smile to your face while finding you the home of your dreams.

Dami’s quick rise to success in real estate is, in part, due to his experience with content creation in the comedy world since 2013. “I brought that expertise into the real estate field,” he shared. “I’m extremely consistent with marketing and branding. I post a lot of educational videos just teaching people about real estate in a fun way.”

Dami’s future is certainly bright. He’s hoping to build a team to help as many people as possible. “I’d like to keep making a positive impact for my generation and my industry,” he explained. “I’m trying to reach a diverse range of clients because I want to help everybody regardless of race, creed, or color.”

Miranda Box’s love for real estate started early while she watched her father, a builder, complete renovations. “I think that’s why I fell in love with residential real estate,” Miranda reflected. “I sat with my dad and looked at floor plans for hours some nights, and also got to see the start to finish of projects that he brought from ruins and restored back to above and beyond it’s former glory,” Her mother was an entrepreneur as well, which inspired Miranda to earn a degree in business.

Miranda’s vision is dialed in: . Through passionate care beyond 8-5 and a commitment to her clients’ needs, Miranda has found her happy place in real estate and in life.

At 24, Jimmy Green became a REALTOR® and has 22 proud years in the business. In 2019, Miriam Valencia transitioned from teaching high school special education to earning her real estate license. By June 2020, she fully committed to a career in real estate, and by September 2023, she had founded the successful brokerage, Alumbra Properties, which rapidly grew to 60 agents in less than a year. In just a couple of years, Miriam became a guiding light for her agents, clients, and community.

Miriam is a mom, REALTOR®, broker, business owner, and mentor. Recently recognized as a recipient of HAR’s 20 Under 40, she continues to be a guiding light in the real estate world. “That’s what I love about it,” she said. “You can do as much as you want: buy, sell, invest. There are no limits in real estate.

Michelle loves to compete with herself, setting the next bar and enjoying the adventure.
