I absolutely love fresh spring rolls and have always wanted to make them myself. So, watch my newest video and see how I navigate my way through it. Made these nachos with the leftover shredded Buffalo Chicken from my Buffalo Chicken Salad and now I don’t think I can have nachos any other way! Here’s the link if you want the buffalo chicken recipe: https://youtu.be/hI1tF4Qqyt0

Nacho Recipe:
Cover cookie sheet in chips. Cover chips in shredded cheddar cheese. Then, sprinkle the shredded Buffalo Chicken over the cheese. Add whatever you like to the nachos. I used strained and rinsed black beans, thinly sliced red onion, thinly sliced mini bell peppers, thinly sliced fresh jalapeño peppers. Bake on 350 until cheese is melted and veggies look slightly wilted. Sprinkle fresh chopped cilantro on it after you take it out of oven. Serve with your favorite salsa or guacamole.
